Preparation
Find a comfortable, quiet space where you won’t be disturbed. You may sit in a chair with your feet flat on the ground, or in a cross-legged position on a cushion. Allow your spine to be tall but not rigid, shoulders relaxed, and hands resting gently on your thighs or in your lap. Close your eyes or soften your gaze.
Creative Expression Meditation Script
Centering (2 minutes)
Begin by taking three deep breaths—inhaling slowly through your nose, and exhaling completely through your mouth.
Inhale… exhale… Inhale… exhale… Inhale… exhale…
Now allow your breath to find its natural rhythm. There’s no need to control it.
Simply observing the gentle flow of your breath, the rising and falling of your chest and abdomen.
Feeling yourself becoming present in this moment.
Noticing any sensations in your body—the points of contact with the floor or chair, the temperature of the air on your skin, the weight of your body grounded and supported.
Connecting with Your Expressive Self (5 minutes)
As you continue to breathe naturally, bringing your awareness to the center of your chest, to your heart space.
Imaginng a warm, golden light beginning to glow there—the light of your authentic self, your creative spirit, your Number 3 energy of joyful expression.
With each breath, this golden light grows stronger, warmer, brighter.
This light represents your natural capacity for joy, creativity, and self-expression—qualities that have always been within you, even when circumstances may have dimmed them.
As you breathe into this light, I invite you to remember a time when you felt completely free to express yourself.
Perhaps as a young child before you learned to self-censor, or perhaps in a more recent moment when you felt safe to be fully yourself.

Releasing Limitations (4 minutes)
Now, with kindness and compassion, bringing to mind some of the messages or experiences that may have limited your self-expression.
Perhaps words of criticism, cultural expectations, or painful experiences that taught you to make yourself smaller or quieter.
As these memories or messages arise, imagine them as dark clouds passing through your awareness.
You see them, you acknowledge them, but you don’t need to hold onto them.
With each exhale, imagining these clouds dissolving, making space for more light, more freedom.
Take a moment to speak silently to your younger self who received these limiting messages.
What would you say to her now? Perhaps: “It’s safe to express yourself.” “Your voice matters.” “Your questions are valuable.” “Your joy is beautiful.”
Feel the warmth and reassurance of these words as they reach the child within you. With each breath, feel a sense of permission and freedom growing stronger.
Expanding into Joy (5 minutes)
Return your attention to the golden light in your heart center.
See it beginning to expand with each breath, growing beyond your chest to fill your entire body—flowing down your arms to your fingertips, up through your throat to your mouth and eyes, down through your torso to your legs and feet.
This is the energy of Number 3—the vibration of authentic, creative expression, joyful creativity, and playful engagement with life.
Allow yourself to be filled completely with this warm, golden light.
