Now, envision yourself taking a step down one of the paths. As you do, feel the ground beneath your feet. Notice how it feels to make this choice.

As you walk this path, be aware that you can always make new choices. Each step is an opportunity to reaffirm your direction or choose a new one.

Take a moment to reflect on the freedom you have to shape your journey. Acknowledge any feelings that arise – excitement, fear, uncertainty, or empowerment.

As you continue your walk, carry with you the knowledge that you are the author of your own story. Your choices, big and small, create the narrative of your life.

When you’re ready, slowly bring your awareness back to your surroundings. Take a deep breath and open your eyes, carrying with you the sense of personal agency you’ve connected with.
