At A Cup of Thi, we take pride in offering carefully chosen products that support local artisans, sustainable living, and healthy, mindful lifestyles. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to help with a clear and fair returns process.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged or faulty
  • You received the wrong item

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened incense packs
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise arranged with us. We recommend using a trackable service, as we are not liable for items lost during return transit.

Refunds and Exchanges

You may choose between an exchange or a refund to your original payment method. Once your returned item is received and approved, we will process your refund or send your replacement within a few business days.

How to Request a Return

Please email us at admin@acupofthi.com.au with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos, where possible (especially for damaged or incorrect items)

We’ll respond with return instructions if your request meets our policy.

International Orders

We are unable to accept returns from outside Australia at this time.

Lost or Damaged Packages in Transit

If your parcel is lost or arrives visibly damaged, you will need to lodge a claim with the delivery service directly. We are happy to assist where possible but cannot process replacements or refunds unless the issue is confirmed by the carrier.
